Holy Shit! My site’s back up!
In case you haven’t noticed/don’t care, the World Wide Web sensation and best
source out there for valuable information about toys*, DESTROY YOUR TOYS.COM,
has been inactive for the past four months. Although nobody really read any of
my shit, well…let’s face it because nobody really cares, I have finally been
able to find a new host for my domain. The greedy bastards at Microsoft
attempted to charge me $60 a month to post articles about Transformers and
Star
Wars figures, and frankly that’s more than the value of the Transformers and
Star Wars figures I actually own. So like any red-blooded American God-fearing
capitalist, I searched for something that’s a little more in my price range:
free, or at least doesn’t give more money to Bill Gates so he can sponsor
bullshit like Live Earth concerts. I wasn’t able to find a host for free, but I
did get something more reasonably priced, hence why you’re now reading this…plus
I will guarantee you right now that my site and the money I spend to keep it up
will not go to the likes of Al Gore, Shakira, The Black Eyed Peas, Cameron Diaz,
Fall-out Boy, or any other pretentious personality or pop act trying to save the
environment with shitty music.
As for new articles, I don’t have any yet. While
the site was down I neglected to come up with any new material to post. I did
however go through my existing articles and notice that they aren’t very well
written. There are numerous sentence structure and punctuation errors, and
before I post anything new I’m gonna try and clean them up a bit. I also have to
go in and eliminate the blog links, because the blog doesn’t exist anymore. In
the meantime enjoy the still existing articles…there will be an update
eventually…I’m working on it, so keep checking back.
